Garland Stainless Steel Manufacturing Company seeking an Experienced Finisher/Polisher

Employment type: 2nd Shift-Full-Time (4) 10-hour days

Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:45am

Duties include but not limited to:
First Piece approvals and Final part inspections
Finish and Polish Precision Metal stainless steel equipment using hand grinders/tools (18-14 gauge being the most common)
Capability of performing routine maintenance on hand tools as needed

Job Requirements:
1-3 years' experience in a sheet metal job shop environment grinding and polishing different alloys of metals, but primarily Stainless Steel
Ability to match material grains using the appropriate hand tools
General knowledge of sheet metal finishing
Knowledge of appropriate wheel dressings, speeds and sequence of operations for achieving the proper finish a must. Candidate must possess Leadership Skills, be a Self-starter, Motivated, and Dependable

Bilingual Candidates (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not Mandatory. Candidate must be a Self-Starter, Motivated, and Dependable

Compensation: $18-$20 Hourly Depending on Experience
