Hours & PayPay Rate: $20.00 per hourShift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMEmployment Type: Temp-to-Hire What You'll Do Perform surface preparation and finishing on transformers, including sanding, masking, and cleaning Apply Bondo, fillers, sealants, and paint touch-ups to achieve smooth and consistent cosmetic results Inspect parts for imperfections such as dents, blemishes, or uneven surfaces, and correct them with precision Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure consistent finish standards Help develop and refine finishing processes, techniques, and workflow documentation Operate spray guns, sanders, and hand tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Support a hands-on production setting requiring bending, standing, lifting, and regular use of finishing materials What You Bring Previous experience in automotive body repair, industrial finishing, or precision refinishing required Strong knowledge of surface prep, Bondo application, sanding, touch-up painting, and cosmetic finishing Ability to assess cosmetic defects and determine the best corrective action Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality visual results Ability to work independently and contribute to best-practice development Capability to lift up to 50 lbsThis is a non-entry-level role-experience in detailed/precision painting (such as automotive body shop work) is required.
