EMT certification required with Wake County EMS affiliation (no exceptions) , Haz-Mat Operation plus certification preferred, and NIMS 300 preferred. N.C. EMT Certification with Wake County EMS affiliation required.Department Required Skills:Physically able to provide emergency medical care to the sick or injured that requires ifting, moving, physical agility etc;, physically able to climb steep steps multiple times if required, physically able to carry a medical bag with supplies to provide medical care.Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education:Training in Special Event populations, experience with patient triage in large scale events.Required License or Certification:N.C.
