Fire Protection Operations ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Enterprise Security is currently seeking a Fire Protection Operations Manager to join their team in Mesa Arizona. Position Responsibilities:Manages employees performing fire protection services including dispatch and response to emergency calls inspection of fire equipment and work permit/confined space/hazardous material standbyDevelops and executes project and process plans implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches products and processesManages develops and motivates employeesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):State IFSAC or Proboard Firefighter 1 certificationState IFSAC or Proboard Firefighter 2 certificationHazardous Materials Incident Commander certifiedMust be certified as an Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighter (ARFF)Must have a valid state drivers licenseWilling to work variable shifts; including days evenings nights and weekendsCurrent National Registry or Arizona State Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification5 years of experience with national fire codes and standardsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or equivalent work or military experience10 years of experience as a full time/career firefighterExperience with modern fire prevention principles procedures and equipmentExperience with Security & Fire Protection or uniformed security policies procedures disciplines and requirementsConfined Space Rescue training and experienceDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
