Youll design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with our academys and the program standards, help students grow socially and academically, and foster a safe and joyful classroom culture.What Youll Do:Deliver age-appropriate lessons using audio/visual tools and hands-on activitiesProvide individualized instruction that encourages curiosity and confidenceCreate and share educational content: notes, assignments, projectsMonitor student progress and provide timely feedbackMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroomCollaborate with colleagues, families, and stakeholdersOrganize fun and meaningful indoor/outdoor learning experiencesObserve student behavior and report concerns when necessaryStay sharp through seminars, workshops, and continued professional developmentWhat Were Looking For:Proven teaching experience, especially in early childhood educationStrong understanding of educational best practices and policiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCreative, organized, and deeply committed to child developmentCPR certification preferredMinimum Requirements:Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldAt least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare facilityAble to pass background checks and central registry checkCurrent TB test and physical.
