This role contributes to accurate payroll processing compliance reporting contract review and data management while supporting day-to-day fiscal activities across the organization.Essential Functions Process employee data changes and bi-weekly payroll ensuring all information is accurate complete and compliant Prepare compile and analyze reports for the Management Team maintaining financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes Maintain and update databases ensuring data integrity and accuracy Review contracts to confirm alignment with applicable policies and requirements Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedKnowledge Skills and Abilities Knowledge of payroll practices budget control methods fiscal policies and procedures and relevant federal state and local regulations Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Proficiency with word processing spreadsheet tools and general office technology Strong customer service orientation with effective interpersonal and leadership abilities Excellent problem-solving critical-thinking and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skillsEducation and Experience High School Diploma or GED required Associate degree or Bachelors degree preferred One year of experience in finance or accounting is highly preferred Valid drivers license insurance and an acceptable driving recordRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Children Activity,Access Control,Human Resources Administration,Government,Actuary,Hydraulics Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
