Your Role: Responsible for participating in all daily operations in order to ensure optimal performance of the Fitness Center. Provides safe, motivating, and effective exercise instruction with excellent customer service skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others. Fitness Center Operations and Customer Service:Customer service focused presence to welcome residents/guests and ensure proper facility check-in for residents and guestsCustomer service focused Fitness Floor supervision, including enforcement of safety policiesAssist with day to day operations of the Fitness & Aquatics CenterEnforcement of policies/protocols for Fitness & Aquatics Center as determined by clientTechnology: assist residents with setting up Elevation Portal profile, download app, navigation of profile dashboard and utilization of registration, POS and check-in featuresUtilize Google Drive in accordance with policies and procedures to perform administrative tasksAssist with quarterly/yearly programming calendar including: incentive and health and wellness initiativesAssist in planning and facilitate Fitness and Lifestyle team collaborative eventWrite monthly articles on fitness, wellness and health promotion topicsGroup exercise class instruction (virtual/in-person), up to 5 classes per weekRoutinely reviews and analyzes pool chemistry and communicates with Patriot regarding pool chemistry treatments and preventative maintenance.
