The Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the development and management of fitness programs and measurement tools for seniors in the community.Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $23 / hrHow you will make an impact:Assisting Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the Fitness Center.Scheduling appointments processing membership agreements.Assisting with the promotion coordination and implementation of exercise programs.Developing and maintaining an effective membership retention program.Developing a network within the community and making appropriate referrals to other servicesAssisting in the training of new department employees.Building relationships with residents and staff encouraging physical activity.What we offer:Gated community with 24/7 security.Competitive benefits packages including medical dental vision and PTO in accordance with applicable state accordance with applicable state law.401k for all employees 18 and over.
