We combine our proprietary Hybrid Pilates Method taught on custom-built reformers and deliver one of the best 40-minute full-body workouts our clients have ever had. Our trainers are mic'd up, high-energy instructors, teaching to heart-pumping music, in beautiful studios. They're teaching some of the quickest transitions, all in an effort to deliver the most high-intensity, low-impact workouts leaving the clients energized and sore for days. Paid instructor continued education program.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Teach high-intensity Pilates classes on our custom-built reformersProvide exceptional hospitality to all BODYROK clientsRepresent the BODYROK brand both inside and outside of classExcellent ability to multitask and communicateCapability and interest in learning / growing with our expanding brandFollow the BODYROK teaching methodQualifications: Basic understanding of anatomy and biomechanicsFlexible teaching scheduleCan be scheduled to teach at least two days per weekCPR certifiedPreferred 1-year minimum experience instructing one of the following: Pilates, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, HITT, Boxing/Kickboxing, or Group Fitness.Physical RequirementsAbility to demonstrate BODYROK method exercises and routines to clientsAssisting clients with exercises to minimize injury and promote fitnessAbility to modify exercises according to clients' fitness levelsTeach effectively and safely during all classes.
