Warehouse Associate needed ASAP in Irondale, AL!!!

Essential duties and responsibilities

Able to drive and operate a sit-down forklift.
Displays a positive, can-do attitude with an outgoing and approachable personality.
Builds and maintains strong, positive relationships with customers.
Ensures the warehouse is consistently clean, safe, and well-organized,
including effective management of bin locations.
Accurately fulfills and ships customer orders in a timely manner.
Efficiently manages, prioritizes, and pulls warehouse transfers.
Pulls loads for regular truck deliveries, ensuring accuracy and readiness.
Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Verifies accuracy and condition of all incoming shipments; records shipments in the operating system per receiving procedures and stocks inventory logically.
Wear the proper safety equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Level: High School or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 Years

Physical demands and abilities

Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands
and arms, and talk or hear.
Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50lbs occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

WORK PROCESS AND ENVIRONMENT:

Be self-managed with excellent work habits.
Be able to work well with other employees.
Be able to apply good organizational and time management skills in the warehouse.
Be able to operate a fork truck safely and with minimal product damage.
Be willing to accept additional job duties when required.

Shift: 8am - 5pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate $17/hr
