The role involves operating specialized machinery to dry, fold, and prepare these items for delivery or further processing, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Attention to detail is critical, as the employee must identify and address any imperfections or damages in the textiles. This position contributes directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring that all flatwork items are clean, neatly folded, and ready for use.
