Our commitment is to safety people growth service and performance.ResponsibilitiesManage up to 2530 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers operating nationwide.Promote safety culture and conduct regular safety meetings for the team.Handle safety incidents and transportation-related incidents promptly and effectively.Collaborate with the Central Routing Group to optimize driver routes and schedules.Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams.Oversee call-ins and provide accurate ETA updates to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities.Manage truck maintenance and breakdowns for all assets within the group.Interview and hire OTR drivers as needed to maintain staffing levels.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in transportation logistics or fleet operations.Strong knowledge of driver management and DOT compliance.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred.High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus.CDL A or B license preferred.Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.We thank all those interested in joining the Clean Harbors team; however only those who complete the online application and meet the minimum job qualifications will be considered for this role.Clean Harbors is committed to providing access equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities.
