    What you ll work on

    • Complex repairs on tractors, trailers, and yard tractors
    • PMs, inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs
    • Air/hydraulic brakes + ABS, electrical, steering, suspension, drivelines
    • Liftgate repair, welding/fabrication as needed
    • Repair orders + time/accountability in the RTA Maintenance Program
    • Assist and mentor/support junior mechanics

      What we re looking for

      • 2+ years mechanical experience preferred (or tech training + 1 year)
      • Ability to repair brakes, air systems, rear doors, and electrical with minimal supervision
      • Valid driver s license (Class A moving experience preferred)
      • Your own required hand tools
      • Certifications (tires/wheels, brakes, HVAC, DOT inspections) are a plus
