Flight Line Compliance AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)is currently seeking aFlight Line Compliance Focal (Level 2/3) to join our team in North Charleston South Carolina on Variable Shift!Primary Responsibilities:Partner with 787 Manufacturing Safety Team members as requiredFacilitate compliance-related BPSMs and RSPSs for assigned areas.Understanding of relevant policies processes procedures BPS criteria and expectations.Compile and report out all performed compliance assessments using EPES and program standard processes.Works under general direction.Support Focal meetings through facilitation backup facilitation or attendance of either (5S Steering Team Tool Management Steering Team)Support emergent compliance projects as requested by team leadership.Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.Analyzes and interprets data. Provides feedback on assessment results.Works with organizations to develop strategies plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansThis position is expected to be 100% onsite.
