As a Project Engineer you will perform:

• Cost & Schedule Management Develop, maintain, and track Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and Earned Value Management (EVM) data; generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost schedule reports; lead schedule status meetings, EV reviews, and Cost & Schedule Review boards.
• Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with Program Management, Engineering, Subcontract Management, Finance, and external suppliers; facilitate cross functional tag ups (Subcontract Manager, Execution Leads, Director, etc.); drive closure of action items and follow up on "pop up" CAM tasks.
• Risk & Opportunity Management Identify, document, and track contract risks using Active Risk Management; develop mitigation plans and monitor effectiveness; support creation and approval of Non Production Requests (NPRs).
• Tool & Data Stewardship Utilize VAR, APTS BOE, ADAR Blocks, Empower, IWTA, and Microsoft Project for data capture and analysis; maintain project artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Financial & Procurement Oversight Review and approve supplier/sub invoices and change orders; ensure compliance with financial policies and contract terms.
• Continuous Improvement Recommend process enhancements for CAM activities

Desired skills:

• Experience supporting technical integration or coordination across multiple stakeholders
• Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and Control Account Management
• Experience supporting Proposal activities and Basis of Estimate (BOE) development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
• Experience presenting to internal stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile tools and workflows (JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, Kanban)
• CAM certification preferred; PMP or other project management certification a plus

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
