Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team.All applicants must be able to work until 6:00 PM The Assistant Teacher/Floater supports multiple classrooms as needed, working with children from infancy through preschool. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a genuine love for working with young children. Responsibilities:Assist classroom teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervisionHelp create a safe, caring, and stimulating environmentSupport children during play, meals, naps, and transitionsMaintain cleanliness and organization in the classroomCommunicate effectively with staff and familiesFloat between classrooms as staffing needs ariseExperience working with young children (preferred but not required)HS Diploma or higher educationFriendly, patient, and energetic demeanorFlexibility to work in different classrooms as neededMust be available to work late hours, specifically until 6:00 PMAbility to work collaboratively with a teamMust meet licensing and background check requirements
