Step into any classroom and follow the lead teachers daily plan and routines.Breaks : Giving 10 minutes break to teachers at the regular interval at their assigned break time.Supervision & Safety: Monitor and ensure childrens safety and well-being at all times. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation policies.Engagement: Interact positively with children through play, conversation, and age-appropriate learning activities.Classroom Transitions: Support smooth transitions during arrival, meals, naps, and departure times.Collaboration: Communicate effectively with classroom teachers and administrators to understand and meet classroom needs.Kitchen Assistance: Assist and help in kitchen as and when required.Cleanliness & Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.Flexibility: Be prepared to adjust to different classrooms and age groups throughout the day, often with short notice.Professional Conduct: Represent the school positively in all interactions with children, families, and staff.
