This position is a Store Manager developmental role. Gold Touch is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization whenever possible.ResponsibilitiesAs a Gold Touch Car Wash Service Manager, you will take direction from the Gold Touch Car Wash Shop Manager and manage and direct all Car Wash Attendants in the operation of the car wash including:Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting with customersLead, manage, and train team while keeping in tune with our companies vision, purpose, core and valuesMaintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facilityPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsLeadership abilityTeam building skillsAbility to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidaysValid drivers license
