This role involves preparing surfaces and applying epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings in residential and commercial settings. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. We provide all the necessary training!Key Responsibilities:Surface Preparation: Grind, clean, and prep concrete surfaces for coating application.Coating Application: Mix and apply epoxy and polyaspartic coatings according to manufacturer specifications.Precision & Detail: Ensure professional-quality finishes with attention to detail.Equipment & Chemical Handling: Operate industrial floor grinders, vacuums, epoxy and other necessary tools and materials.
