Located in the beautiful coastal community of New Bern, Bayview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is one of the leading providers of short term rehabilitation and long term care in Eastern NC.  Our 60-bed state of the art Skilled Nursing Facility and 12-bed Assisted Living wing have recently undergone renovation.

LPN SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME: $10,000

RN SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME: $15,000

Qualifications:

• Required – Credentialed in NC with unencumbered NC License/Certification

• Required - Two years experience in a Long Term Care environment

• Direct experience with Electronic Medical Record software  – PCC a plus

• Experience with an attached Assisted Living Facility

• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization

• Ability to organize and prioritize

• Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Working knowledge of Computers, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

• Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation
