We’re currently seeking a Floor Manager who brings leadership, finesse, and a sharp eye for detail to our front-of-house operations.Role Summary:As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless service flow, and maintaining the highest level of hospitality. You’ll support staff training, handle guest relations, and actively contribute to the day-to-day execution of an unforgettable dining experience.Key Responsibilities:Supervise FOH staff and maintain smooth service during all meal periodsMonitor table status, guest flow, and service timingSupport onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for hosts, servers, runners, and bussersHandle guest concerns with professionalism and promptnessCollaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure consistent executionMaintain floor presence to lead by example and support team needs in real-timeConduct pre-shift meetings and assist in scheduling and labor controlEnsure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of FOH areasWork closely with General Manager and AGM to uphold brand standards and service consistencyQualifications:3+ years of floor management experience in high-volume, upscale diningStrong leadership and team-building skillsExceptional guest service and conflict-resolution abilityExperience with POS and reservation systems (SevenRooms a plus)Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysA calm, confident presence on the floor, even under pressureBilingual is a plusCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary based on experienceStaff meals providedGrowth opportunities within an expanding restaurant groupA fast-paced, supportive, and professional environmentTo Apply:Please send your resume and availability through text to Matthew Lee, phone number:702-738-6881.
