DescriptionJob Summary Details: Perform cleaning waxing stripping and refinishing of floors including carpets tiles and hard surfaces. Shift: Mon-Fri 4PM-12:30PM Pay Rate: $20.00 $22.00 The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. For information about ABMs benefits visit ABM Team Member Benefits Front Line Team Members (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)Basic Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older No experience required and on the job training provided No high school diploma GED or college degree required Preferred Qualifications:Must Have a Valid Drivers LicenseCustomer service experience1 year of similar work experience strip/wax/carpet cleaning Responsibilities: Clean and maintain buildings/facilities Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc. Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities Move cabinets boxes furniture crates and equipment to clean areas either manually or by using hand trucks A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
