Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:30am M-FEssential Functions:The Floor Tech is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors including stripping scrubbing buffing waxing refinishing sealing and spot cleaning. Also responsible for using safety measures in work areas. Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to setups breakdowns move in/ move outs). Willing to complete other duties as assignedResponsibilities:Cleans building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming them. Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.Sometimes using ladders dusts and washes furniture walls machines and equipment; cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blindsMixes water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specificationsStrips seals finishes and polishes floorsCleans and vacuums carpeted areas including application of spot cleaning treatmentQualifications:Prior experience as a Floor TechEquipment Used: IMOP Kaivac Scrubber T500 & T300 Backpack & Upright Vacuums Carpet Extractor (large self contained) and Side by Side Orbital Scrubber/Buffer.
