This position is ideal for someone skilled in specialty floor care whos looking for flexible, project-based work that typically takes place on weekends or during evening hours.ResponsibilitiesPerform strip and wax, top scrub and recoat, and carpet cleaning servicesOperate a variety of equipment, including buffers, burnishers, extractors, and auto scrubbersEnsure floors are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and appearanceFollow all safety protocols and properly maintain equipment and suppliesRequirementsMinimum 1 year of floor care experience (strip & wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)Ability to operate and maintain floor machines and related toolsReliable transportation to and from job sites in the Roanoke areaAvailability for as-needed evening and weekend workStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipCompensation & ScheduleHourly rate: $17$20 per hour (based on experience and type of job)Schedule: Weekly work (weekends/evenings primarily)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume outlining your relevant floor care experience.
