Overview:

As a team member apart of the Food and Beverage team you will get to serve our guests a delicious meal while maintaining a friendly and clean work environment.


Responsibilities:

• Create positive interactions with Guests and Team Members, promote a friendly environment, and attend to guests’ needs in a proactive manner
• Prepare and cook food
• Uphold stand cleanliness and safety procedures
• Interact with guests and other team members
• Serve guests in a friendly and swift manner
• Operate a POS terminal
• Perform a variety of daily functions such as: stand set up, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and nightly cleaning
• Maintain Six Flags’ Mantra (Friendly-Clean-Fast-Safe Service)
• Display ability to work as part of a team or individually in a stand

Qualifications:

• Minimum Age: 16
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance
• Must have or be able to get Hepatitis A vaccinations
• Good oral communication skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must have or be able to obtain ServSafe Alcohol Certification (Company provided, only required for 21+)
• Comfortable working around guests and operate within a diverse community
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, follow directions, and possess the ability to multi-task in various locations
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
• Must be able to adhere to all park policies, procedures, and grooming guidelines
• Must be able to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable working around guests and within a diverse community
• Must be outgoing, polite, courteous, and maintain a positive attitude
