Benefits:Mission driven workCompetitive salaryFlexible schedule NOW HIRING: Food & Courier Logistics CoordinatorPart-Time (Up to 20 hrs/week) Location: Northern Arizona Hilltop/Red Barn AreaAugustine Angels a federal contractor supporting the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Food & Courier Logistics Coordinator to manage weekly food deliveries and package courier services for Havasupai Elementary School located in Supai AZ.This is a hands-on logistics coordination role located near the Grand Canyon (Hilltop). You will NOT travel into the canyon or fly. You will manage the process from pickup to sling loading and coordinate with BIE staff and helicopter operators. Position OverviewThe Food & Courier Logistics Coordinator is responsible for:Meeting the Sysco truck at Red Barn every ThursdayVerifying food deliveries and maintaining temperature controlTransporting food to the Hilltop Helipad (15-minute drive)Coordinating weekly sling flights with helicopter operatorsLogging and securing packages delivered to your assigned addressPreparing weekly delivery logs temperature logs and photo documentationConfirming delivery with Havasupai Elementary School staffManaging chain-of-custody for all food and packagesMaintaining high-level communication with school personnel and Augustine AngelsThis role is essential to ensuring food supplies and educational materials safely reach the Havasupai community each week. Work SchedulePrimary Day: Thursdays (food package delivery coordination)Additional hours: Flexible during the week for package intake and coordinationEmergency deliveries: As needed with noticeUp to 20 hours per week.
