Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing Salary $130,000 - $145,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to the USA’s Northern Midwest - a beautiful state with fascinating history & culture; nice terrain with extremely lush valleys, beautiful lakes, & forests. Growing manufacturing client is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager who can plan, direct, and lead the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain and support plant equipment and facilities in world class working order. We need a leader who can technically evaluate the situations, find the optimum solution, prioritize the projects & tasks, and communicate the information to all parties using excellent soft skills. As the Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the preventive maintenance program, and maintenance of production equipment and facilities. Your focus will be to minimize unscheduled down time via Continuous Improvements and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). You’ll be responsible for identifying issues, creating plans & budgets, and implementing solutions. Familiarity with systems such as Maximo, AutoCAD, SAP, Sag X3, and AMM is essential to your success. You’ll need excellent skills in mechanical & electrical systems troubleshooting, and experience in chemical, pharma, food or beverage manufacturing. You’ll need excellent communication & interpersonal skills as you’ll be working with all levels of the plant. Minimum Requirements for this Maintenance Manager:· At least 5 years’ experience in Maintenance Management in food, beverage, or pharma manufacturing· Must have experience with aseptic food production / food processing· Must have experience with Maximo, AutoCAD, SAP, Sag X3, and AMM· Must have experience with utilities, PLCs, & electrical systems.
