We are looking for a driven, energetic, hard-working member to join our team with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and a desire to learn.We are hiring an FOOD PREP COOK to join our talented team and help prepare meals according to our recipes. In this position, your principal goal will be to prepare high-quality savory meal offerings.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare delicious dishes according to set recipes and specifications; Ensure timely deliverySet up and break down workstationMeasuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredientsWashing dishes, taking out the trash and sanitizing kitchen Assisting with food prep prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing broth)Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsEnsure all food and other items are stored properlyCheck quality of ingredients and monitoring of stockKeeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupplyQualificationsHigh school or equivelantCooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred (but not required)Strong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational skillsAptitude for multi-taskingMust be able to work cooperatively and efficiently in a team.Benefits:Home for the Holidays – Closed on New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas DayNo Late Nights – We offer flexible hours and shifts. 8:00am – 9:00pm Sun, Mon, Wed, Thu, 8:00am – 10:00pm Fri-SatFree Meals – All of the dishes on our menu are free for our employees to enjoy during/after shifts.Flexible scheduling and hoursJob Type: Part-time, Full-timePay: $11.00 - $13.00 Schedule:4 hour shifts8 hour shifts10 hour shiftsWe are looking forward to reading your application.
