We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Food Prep Workers to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, cutting, and portioning food
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with daily food preparation tasks
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep and work areas
• Label, store, and rotate food items properly
• Follow all sanitation and health regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
