Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Description: The Pantry team supports the dining experience from behind the scenes both with prep and clean up. They are integral in ensuring an efficient daily operation and keeping the food storage areas organized and tidy.  Essential Functions:Set up side dish racksVegetable & sauce preparationPrepare all side dishes, fill & refill side dish traysClean-up and maintenance of back pantry station and dry/wet storage areasAssist the team with maintaining the banchan refrigerator and refillingAssist with receiving food shipmentsPerform additional duties as assigned  Minimum Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal communication skillsPossesses a friendly, outgoing, positive and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to be professional and courteous with their teammatesAble to exercise good judgment while working both independently and collaboratively; works well in a team environmentAble to work in a noisy and sometimes chaotic environment and be flexible under a variety of circumstancesPunctual, neat and accurate in work habits; precise and detail-orientedAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended schedules during peak periodsThe ability to adjust to business needs and display a sense or urgency during peak hours. Valid ServSafe Food Handler’s CertificatePhysical DemandsAble to move from place to place which may include standing and/or walking for extended periods of timeLift and carry 45 lbs short distances Dress Code: Non-slip shoes, hair covers Pay Range: $17.50/hr to $22.50/hr + TipsEmber Korean BBQ is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity, inclusion and respect.
