- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work across shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe, Google, and web-based systems
- Previous leadership or frozen food processing experience is a plus
