ABR is hiring motivated team members to join a growing food manufacturing facility in Waupun, WI. These roles play a critical part in producing high-quality food products by supporting food preparation, packaging, equipment operation, and sanitation. Multiple shifts are available, making it easier to find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

• Monday-Friday: 4:45 AM - 4:00 PM

• Rotating 2/2/3 Schedule:

  • 4:45 PM - 5:00 AM

  • 5:15 AM - 5:30 PM

  • 5:15 PM - 5:30 AM

• Prepare, package, and label cheese products according to production standards

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot food processing equipment

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product consistency and safety

• Clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment following strict sanitation guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment

• Follow all food safety, GMP, and workplace safety procedures

• High school diploma or GED

• Ability to read work instructions, complete production paperwork, and do basic math

• Physical ability to lift 20-45 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for extended periods

• Comfort working in hot, cold, wet, or humid environments

This position involves regular exposure to wet and humid conditions, slippery floors, moving machinery, and cleaning chemicals. Noise levels are typically loud, with occasional exposure to airborne particles and temperature extremes. Safety training and protective equipment are provided.
