Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA Japanese food manufacturing is looking for a QC technician in Somerset, NJ.Title: Food QC SpecialistLocation: Somerset, NJSalary: 25/hrHours: Monday to Friday from 9pm to 6am (Starting from Sunday 9pm)OT RequiredType: Direct-hire, full-time will an excellent benefit packageResponsibility:-Testing of raw materials, work-in process and finished products.-Conducting environmental testing for cleaning and sanitary verifications.-Conducting internal inspections (GMP walk through, record checking, etc.)-Following strict regulatory and internal guidelines.-Serving as an active member of Food Safety Management Team.-Documenting, reviewing documentation, and creating quality-related report-Performing verification and validation of production processes and equipment.-Collaborating with other employees to address and solve the quality issues promptly.-Performing other functions as trained and requested by QC manager and Supervisor.Skills and Qualifications:-High School degree or higher-5+ year working experience in food and Beverage Manufacturing as QC or production leader-Proficient of Food Safety, cGMP, Sanitation Program, and HACCP-Knowledge and experience of SQF, FDA regulations, and FSMA/PCHF are plus-Fundamental computer skills (e-mail, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.)-Self-disciplined and Self-motivated-English, Spanish (Preferred but not required)-Ability to lift-up to 40lbs.-Ability to work in various work conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet).Company DescriptionWe are a Talent Acquisition/People Operation (HR) group that connects people to careers and professional growth.
