We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A-focused) to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (FP&A-focused) to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across multiple business units. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership to provide insights that drive performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting & forecasting processes
- Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and provide actionable insights
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to track KPIs and performance
- Develop and deliver management reporting packages and dashboards
- Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for efficiency and margin improvement
- Assist with long-range planning and scenario analysis
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Strong experience with Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Power BI or other data visualization tools preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner cross-functionally
- Experience in energy, industrial, manufacturing, or operations-driven environments is a plus
