Summary Of PositionUnder supervision of designated supervisor perform a variety of tasks related to the production and service of food and beverage items; ensure positive guest service in designated area and maintain standards of cleanliness and safety. Properly record all transactions via the point of sale system. Serve food and beverage items in correct portions. Interact with customers/guests in a pleasant and professional manner. Acquaint guests with items for sale and use suggestive selling techniques. Participate in set-up of stand arranging inventory; notify supervisor of any inventory deficiency. Perform clean-up duties in the stand to maintain the quality appearance of the work area including cleaning and storing the equipment.Physical DemandsThis position requires stopping and lifting substantial standing and walking.Required QualificationsHigh School graduation or equivalent. The ability to understand basic written and verbal instructions and to follow direction. The ability to cooperate and positively interact with co-workers. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform assigned duties and responsibilities.
