Whether you're sautéing, grilling, or plating, you know your way around a kitchen and thrive under pressure.Compensation:$15 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dinner menu items according to Hilton Garden Inn recipes and standardsSet up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies before service beginsOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety and sanitation guidelinesMonitor food stock levels and communicate with supervisor for inventory needsEnsure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality presentation standardsAssist with daily prep, kitchen closing duties, and other shifts as neededCollaborate with the F&B team to deliver a consistent guest experienceFollow all company policies and procedures, including Hilton brand standardsQualifications:Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience (hotel or restaurant experience preferred)Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and proceduresAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressureMust be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredA positive attitude and strong work ethicAbout CompanyOur vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
