Responsibilities include but are not limited to menu planning staff management development training and evaluation of systems and processes to achieve department goals.Planning organizing directing and evaluating all phases of the department.Managing budget and cost control menu planning quality food procurement food preparation and service administrative record keeping maintaining high standards of nutritional care quality improvement and quality control.Lead trainings of Food Services personnel to ensure safety and sanitation procedures are being followed.
