Job DescriptionJob DescriptionA well-respected Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced and dedicated Food Services Director (FSD) to lead our dietary department. We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader with long-term care experience who can manage operations, motivate staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, nutritious meals every day.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all food service operations, including meal preparation, service, staffing, and scheduling.Ensure compliance with DOH, CMS, and state/federal dietary regulations.Supervise, train, and mentor dietary staff.Maintain accurate records, menus, and dietary documentation.Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on resident care plans and specialized diets.Manage inventory, food ordering, cost controls, and vendor relationships.Ensure high standards of sanitation, safety, and infection control.QualificationsPrior experience as a Food Services Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility (required).Strong understanding of therapeutic and modified diets.Knowledge of Pennsylvania DOH dietary regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.CDM preferred but not required depending on experience.What We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience.Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plan.Supportive leadership and a stable working environment.Opportunity to shape and elevate the dining experience for our residents.IND123
