Must have thorough knowledge of food preparation and menu planning. Ability to plan and prioritize, keep accurate records, and maintain an organized, sterile and sanitized work area required. Must work well with adults and at-risk youth. Graduation from high school or equivalent and experience preparing meals in a public food service environment is required.
