Incumbent will supervise operational and administrative details of customer and food truck service.Duties:Manage staff to assist with food truck daily operations.Train staff in proper kitchen conduct and food handling overseeing the sanitation and safety of the food truck.Adhere to all city and town regulations with regard to health and safety of food truck operations.Develop and maintain operating procedures for the truck.Implement and manage inventory system for food truck and commissary.Meet and exceed the expectations of customers perceived value.Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have:Passion and knowledge of quality food preparation presentation and taste.Experience managing a food truck preferred.Flexible schedule to include: days night and weekends.Proven success in a team-oriented environment.Positive interpersonal skills.Impeccable attention to detail prioritization multi-tasking task planning and budget management. Leadership skills required.Strong ability to inspire motivate self and others.Proven ability with team collaboration creative problem solving and conflict resolution.Familiarity with POS software (Toast/Clover).Work Experience:1 years experience in a restaurant or institutional food service setting.Class A Commercial Drivers License desirable but not required.
