Ford Sales Manager Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia
Are you a dynamic, self-starting leader with a proven track record in automotive retail? Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia, a part of the Mills Automotive Group, is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Ford Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team. If you have at least 5 years of management experience with a manufacturer, possess exceptional time management skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed retail sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
- Foster team member development and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage daily operations with a focus on optimizing sales performance and business efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills, driving growth and success.
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of automotive retail management experience.
- A proven track record with a manufacturer, specifically within the Ford brand.
- A natural-born leader with a drive for excellence and team success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.
