We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our team in protecting and restoring natural landscapes. If you love the outdoors, enjoy hands-on work, and want to make a meaningful impact on the environment, this is the job for you.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with tree thinning, vegetation clearing, and removal of invasive species to promote forest health.Operate hand tools and equipment (training provided) such as chainsaws, pole saws, and brush cutters.Work in remote, rugged terrain, often hiking to job sites and camping overnight when required.Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations while working in various outdoor conditions.Contribute to a team focused on conservation, wildfire prevention, and habitat restoration.What We OfferWork in Arizona’s most stunning landscapes, including national forests and public lands.A team-oriented environment with strong support for veterans and conservation professionals.Training and career development opportunities in forestry, land management, and wildfire mitigation.Potential for advancement to higher-level positions within the company.Qualifications & RequirementsPhysically fit and able to lift 40–60 lbs, work in rough terrain, and perform strenuous tasks.Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and travel for multi-day projects.Reliable transportation to and from work sites.Experience in forestry, conservation, or landscaping is a plus but not required.Preferred Qualifications (Not Required but a Plus!)S-190 & S-130 certifications (additional $1/hour).Prior experience in land management, firefighting, or environmental conservation.Ready to make a difference?
