Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob Summary:Perform a variety of duties as assigned including, but not be limited to working as part of a team in materials, assembling, paint or welding areas. Production employees are assigned to tasks based on production needs and are expected to perform to high quality standards.Wage: Up to $21.25 an hour plus quarterly bonus incentives! (Other duties may be assigned):Understands and complies with safety trainingMaintains a neat and clean work areaAbility to cross train and perform multiple areasSafely positions and secures work-piece using hoistSafely operates forklift Examines work-piece for defects and ensures conformance with specificationsUsing various hand tools to assemble component parts into finished products according to production manual specifications.Practices and supports continuous improvement within the company.Interacts well with other team members and also able to work independently.Education and/or Experience: A background in metal fabrication and manufacturingAbility to read and assemble parts according to production work instructionsProficient in the use of a variety of hand tools and hand-held power toolsStrong mechanical aptitudeSmart and exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple prioritiesCEG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
