Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Stable, Global Organization with Strong Market Presence Collaborative Work Environment: Hands-on team supporting critical plant operations Career Growth: Opportunity to expand skills in electrical, PLCs, and advanced maintenance systems Work-Life Balance: Shift flexibility available Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on forklifts Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and brake systems Interpret technical manuals to complete repairs accurately Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and safety concerns Repair and maintain mast systems and attachments Perform tire changes and brake repairs Work on LP gas and electric-powered forklifts Conduct battery maintenance, washing, and testing Replace defective parts and order replacements when needed Reassemble equipment and ensure safe, efficient operation Perform safety inspections prior to returning equipment to service Maintain clean, organized work areas Complete service logs and maintenance documentation Follow all safety procedures and company policies Stay up to date on new technologies and maintenance techniques Qualifications (Needed) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum 2+ years of forklift maintenance or related experience Experience in manufacturing and/or food processing environments preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of industrial electricity (up to 480V preferred) Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug screen Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Ability to pass forklift written and driving exams Proven ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment safely Interested in hearing more?
