Forklift Operator 2nd and 3rd shift 2,500 Sign on Bonus at Mars

Job Description:We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift. New hires are eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus.This position does not offer visa sponsorship.The purpose of this role is to provide shipping and transfer support to the Production Team. This role is also intended to ensure our product is staged Production use audited handled stored and shipped and readily tracked efficiently while meeting our high quality standards and maintaining targeted customer service levels.What are we looking forHighschool graduate and relevant logistics/transportation experience.Basic knowledge of Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems.Forklift certified.What will be your key responsibilitiesLead safety & quality in warehouse and shipping operations.Adhere to all Mars Inc/Royal Canin Safety & QFS requirements.Service the Packaging Line.Wrap Pallets of Finished Product with Stretch-Wrap MaterialStack empty bags for Packaging Line as necessary.Stack broken down cardboard boxes into case erector for Packaging Line as necessaryLead safety & quality in warehouse and shipping operations.Stage Finished Product in Warehouse and or trailerPrepare Trailer for LoadingLoad Trailers with Finished ProductUnload Production Supplies (Raw material Packaging pallets) from TrailersEscalate and Report all issues to Shipping Coordinator Warehouse Coordinator Shift Manager and or Flow Manager.Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and control (cycle counts).Verify all required documentation including quality production and sanitation records.Ensure all Flow housekeeping tasks are performed and the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) is executed.
