Forklift Operator at Aerotek
JOB DESCRIPTION
Warehouse Associate
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling, packing, and sorting materials.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pack, and unpack materials utilizing forklifts.
- Pull finished products from production lines to designated areas throughout the warehouse.
- Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Relocate items within the warehouse or factory using RF scanners.
- Track inventory of incoming and outgoing items.
- Carefully handle and dispose of hazardous waste materials when necessary.
- Operate pallet wrappers.
- Lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Manage inventory effectively.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of forklift experience (stand-up forklift).
- Proficiency in material handling, picking, packing, loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving.
- Experience with warehouse inventory management.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experienced forklift operators with 2+ years at the same company are required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
