Job Summary

We are seeking certified Forklift Operators to support material movement for a large installation project inside a fast-paced distribution facility. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring technicians receive the materials they need on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to transport materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload pallets, equipment, and project components
• Stage, organize, and distribute materials to designated work areas
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues
• Support installation teams by delivering parts and supplies
• Maintain clean, organized staging zones
• Follow all safety procedures, site rules, and equipment guidelines

Requirements

• Valid forklift certification (required)
• Experience operating forklifts in warehouse or industrial environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for long periods
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Must bring a valid ID every day
• Bonus: experience with material handling or mechanical assembly

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled warehouse
• Loud, fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic
• 10-hour shifts, MondayFriday (possible Saturday OT)
• 1-hour lunch break

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Davenport, IA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
