This role ensures the accurate movement weighing tracking and handling of totes while maintaining safe work practices supporting product quality and keeping work areas organized and compliant with standards.Leadership PrinciplesWe are customer obsessed.We think big and plan ahead.We bring out the best in our people.We act like owners.Statement of JobOperates forklift to transport bulk product totes under normal supervision.Key Responsibilities Transport bulk product totes to and from the tote off area addback lines and quality control. Weigh bulk totes of product and waste. Enters tote information into SAP. Moves totes to correct location in the Americold Cage area. Distributes and organizes recalled pallets by item code or cuts. Assists in the normal dumping of totes. Takes inventory of tote areas. Cleans and inserts new tote liners. Maintains charges and records installation batteries. Completes forklift checklist. Understands and participates in the techniques of the quality process. Promotes and adheres to company safety regulations. Keeps work area neat clean and orderly. Participates in factory clean-ups. Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.Required Education & Competencies Requires moderate mental and little manual skill. Requires some initiative and independence. Requires reasonable care to avoid minor equipment damage and considerable care to avoid major injury to self or others.
