Forklift Operator at Precoat Metals

AZZ has an exciting 1st shift opportunity for a Forklift Operator at our Winsted Minnesota facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to the receipt and/or shipment of materials supplies and products. You will be working primarily in the yard in an enclosed forklift/spotter truck. Must be able to work outside in multiple weather conditions. Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive goods verify order inspect condition of goodsMove product to and from storage production areas and loading dock via forkliftScale incoming & outgoing loads on truck scale Upload photos and documents into our systemCoordinate outgoing shipments with shipping and receiving personalVerify identifying information counts weights measurements etc. against BOLs invoices orders and/or other recordsPerforms daily inspection of equipmentFollows all necessary processes and procedures in AZZs truck driver policyForklift experience preferred though not necessaryPosition will cross train to various other roles within productionQualifications : 1 2 years related experience preferred.Knowledge of raw materials production process quality control and costs knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred.Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.Certified forklift operator is preferredMinimum EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent is helpful.Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. AZZ Inc. is a Drug Free WorkplaceRemote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Load & Unload,Shipping & Receiving,Forklift,Basic Math,Industrial Equipment,Warehouse Experience,Warehouse Distribution Experience,Warehouse Management System,Driving,Reach Truck,Clamp Truck,RF Scanner Experience: years Vacancy: 1
