This role will partner with supply chain leaders, IT, and commercial teams to design and implement solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic growth initiatives.Position Location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule (3x per week) based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.  RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to support supply chain planning, inventory optimization, and lifecycle management.Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Perform deep-dive analysis on supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Support digital transformation initiatives such as S&OP optimization, network modeling, and digital twin projects.Collaborate cross-functionally with demand planning, procurement, logistics, and IT teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business objectives.Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and operational agility.Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple systems and platforms.Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.PREFERRED SKILLS:Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Azure).Knowledge of supply chain processes including inventory, logistics, and procurement.Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or data analysis roles.Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel (PowerPivot, macros).Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and planning tools.Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning concepts, and statistical analysis.Excellent communication skills with ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Additional InformationADDITIONAL INFORMATION:Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location.
